This page explains how Cahaya Solutions uses cookies on our website, and how you can manage your preferences. We aim to be straightforward about what we use and why.
1. What Are Cookies
Cookies are small text files placed on your device when you visit a website. They are widely used to make websites function properly, remember your preferences, and give site owners a basic picture of how their site is being used.
Cookies do not give us access to your device or any personal information beyond what you choose to share with us. You can manage or remove cookies through your browser at any time.
2. Types of Cookies We Use
Essential Cookies Always active
These are necessary for the website to function. They handle things like your cookie preference choices and basic site security. They cannot be switched off.
Analytics Cookies
These help us understand how visitors use our website — which pages are visited most often and where people tend to leave. This helps us improve the site over time. We do not link this data to any individual.
Marketing Cookies
These may be used to show you relevant information about our services on other websites you visit. We use these sparingly, if at all. You can disable them without affecting your experience on our site.
Preference Cookies
These remember choices you have made — such as your cookie consent decision — so you do not need to repeat them on future visits.
3. Third-Party Cookies
Some features on our site may load content from third-party providers. These providers may set their own cookies on your device. We do not control those cookies and they are subject to each provider's own privacy and cookie policies.
Potential third-party services include Google Analytics (usage statistics) and embedded maps from Google Maps. These services may set tracking cookies if you have analytics or marketing preferences enabled.
4. How Long Cookies Last
- Session cookies — these are temporary and are removed when you close your browser.
- Persistent cookies — these remain on your device for a set period (typically between 90 days and 2 years) or until you delete them manually.
